AG PHOTOGRAPHY
The Client agrees that he/she is responsible for all parties involved with the agreed upon photo session/images. If there is an individual involved in the photo session who does not agree to the terms of this agreement the Client assumes responsibility for any liability.
AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Digital negatives, prints & copyright: All images and copyrights are the property of AG Photography. In exchange for services provided, Photographer retains the exclusive right to copy, edit and distribute images created under this agreement, including but not limited to: marketing, magazine publications, awards, educational seminars, social media.
You are welcome too
i) Display the images;
ii) Print the images;
iii) Upload, email, or electronically transfer the images or files; and,
iv) Publish the images on personal websites or social media websites
Social Media Policy: You are free to share any of your photos on any social media platforms.

MODEL RELEASE: Client grants the Photographer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of client, clients child or children. They may be used for editorial, trade shows, publication, advertising, social media and website use.
Data Protection/GDPR: Personal data is collected for the following purposes and using the following services
Essential studio manager - Email address, home address and info about session stored for the purpose of contacting you, planning your session and to deliver digital images to your email and prints to your home address. Questionnaire answers as well as contracts also stored. Please contact agphotographyscotland@gmail.com if you wish your details to be removed from the database at any given time. No information is ever shared with any third parties.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Photographer and Client. It supersedes all prior agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties. If the parties want to waive one provision of this agreement, it does not mean that any other provision is also waived.
The undersigned have read and understand the contract and agree to the terms and conditions in their entirety.
